Ashwin Ramesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant (equivalent of a CPA) and a Law Graduate with over 25 years of experience in real estate. He has developed properties with supporting infrastructure and invested in residential and commercial properties across various regions and price points. Ashwin has actively been involved in all stages of real estate development. he has invested his personal capital in over 100 properties and has developed greenfield projects on more than 75 acres. Ashwin has advised foreign capital portfolios of over USD 200 Million dollars and has a remarkable track record and reputation in the industry.

AJIT DAYAL

Ajit Dayal has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has over 30 years of experience investing in global and Indian equity markets for individuals and institutional investors. He is the founder of Quantum Advisors, has managed money for US-based endowments and pensions and has been the lead manager on the USD 2.2 billion Vanguard International Value Fund.

I.V. Subramaniam “Subbu” has over 25 years of experience in the investment management and financial services industry. Since June 2000, Subbu has managed India-dedicated portfolios for Indian clients and since 2005, he has managed India-dedicated portfolios for international clients. Subbu is presently the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Quantum Advisors. Subbu received his Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University in 1983 and his Law degree from Osmania University in 1986. He is a CFA Charterholder.
